Microneedling on Steroids: OMNIA RADIO FREQUENCY MICRONEEDLING
At Skinlogic, microneedling has been a popular and trusted skin rejuvenation treatment with our clients over the years. Microneedling is a non-invasive rejuvenation technique that consists of creating thousands of micro-channels in the skin. The skin reacts to these “controlled injuries” by synthesising new collagen and elastin, releasing growth factors that promote regeneration. The micro-channels are also useful for facilitating the transcutaneous penetration of functional substances’ active ingredients into the skin.
Radiofrequency (RF), another established rejuvenation technique, uses thermal energy (heat) to induce a rearrangement of the collagen fibres in the dermis and their contraction and fibroblastic stimulation, which encourages their production.
With our new Omnia device, we can harness the synergistic effect of RF combined with microneedling in the same treatment. RF pulses are emitted from each individual microneedle with each perforation in the skin. The result is an immediate response to the contraction of the dermis (lifting effect) and a long-term response to the stimulation of collagen.
The depth of needle penetration can be controlled from 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, allowing the aesthetician to make adjustments according to client indication and area. The rhythmic vibration of the handpiece, and comfortable heating sensation, make the treatment less traumatic and virtually painless compared to other microneedling devices.
The effects are very evident on the skin laxity of the face and body. Excellent results are also obtained on acne and other scars, stretch marks, wrinkles, pigmentation disorders and dilated pores.

Get rid of unwanted, stubborn fat with ULTRA-Z LIPOSCULPTURE
Ultrasonic liposuction is a type of fat-loss procedure that liquefies fat cells before their removal. This is done with the guidance of an ultrasound, combined with ultrasonic waves to target fat cells. Liposuction is the most common type of aesthetic procedure performed worldwide. While the purpose is to get rid of fat and sculpt your body, liposuction isn’t intended for weight loss. Risks:
While ultrasonic liposuction is a more precise form of liposuction, there may be a few risks. First, there is a risk of scarring. Skin loss, abdominal holes, and nerve damage are also possible. There’s also a risk of infection — just as with any type of surgery.
Another possibility is the development of seromas. These are fluid-filled pockets that can develop where liposuction takes place. They’re a result of a combination of old blood plasma and dead cells exiting the body from the lipoplasty.
