Treatments

Course of 2-3 peels and 1 micro needling session in-clinic supported by home care; 2 – 6 month programme

The first and only range of specialized treatments for every different kind of skin pigmentation, whether melanic or melano-hematic, based on phototype, pigmentation type and part of the body.  Treatments are easy to apply, providing fast and effective results through “in vitro” and “in vivo” clinical trials. Safe in Caucasian and Ethnic phototypes. Treat any area on the body; including face, solar lentigines (facial & body spots) as well as intimate areas. In-clinic sessions are supported by mandatory home care regime for optimal results.

The Caucasian Skin peel contains a complex of Azelaic Acid, Tranexamic Acid, Arbutin, Kojic Acid, Lactobionic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Retinal and Phenylethyl Resorcinol. These active ingredients provide strong control and inhibition action against melanin synthesis, intervening in the pre-synthesis processes, directly inhibiting the tyrosinase enzyme, degranulating the intra-keratinocyte pigment and favouring epidermal turnover and the removal of pigmented cells. The Ethnic Skin peel contains a complex of Mandelic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Tranexamic Acid, Phytic Acid, Pyruvic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Retinal and Sodium Hyaluronate. Its elements combine to provide total control over irritation and inflammatory activity, forming a product with outstanding melanin synthesis inhibitory action with epithelial turnover, but without the risk of rebound pigmentation, a significant aspect when treating ethnic skin. The first treatment has a peel contact time of 30 min; the second treatment can be done 30 days later with a peel contact time of 45 min. Some flaking, dryness, redness and swelling is to be expected for 7 – 10 days after the treatment. MELINE home care can commence on day 3 after each peel. A third treatment is possible after 6-8 months.

The ID solution that is micro needled into the skin for deeper and stubborn pigmentation; contains Tranexamic Acid, Glutathione, Ascorbic Acid, Niacinamide, Magnesium Gluconate and Phenylalanine. This potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity inhibits melanocyte synthesis and tyrosinase enzymes. It also causes depigmentation through pheomelanin pathway acceleration and the biochemical reduction of the deposited pigment.

Solar lentignes and hyperkeratosis are treated a 2 step treatment that contains Azelaic Acid, Tranexamic Acid, Phenylethyl Resorcinol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Pyruvic Acid and Salicylic Acid. Likely a once-off treatment, if needed – a second treatment can be done 45 days after the first.

Intimate areas are treated with a complex of Mandelic Acid, Tranexamic Acid, Lactobionic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Retinal and Sodium Hyaluronate. This combination provides potent depigmenting and antioxidant activity, effectively reducing hyperpigmentation in the genito-anal region. Treatment can be repeated every 30 days until desired effect is achieved.
